Completed in 2026, this 8,000 sq ft Pre-Engineered Metal Building expansion rebuilt a business devastated by a warehouse fire in 2022. Using site development solutions to meet the county’s environmental engineering requirements for stormwater management, this build adjoined an existing structure with a two-hour-rated firewall and rollup door to allow for eventual sub-tenant leasing between the two buildings. With a 24-foot eave and single-span design, the structure accommodates several large overhead cranes to assist with the assembly of box trucks and chassis. The project was completed with a GDOT-approved entrance and apron off a busy state highway, conforming to the strict regulations required.
